The Perry Company was responsible for coordination of all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering components within this showcase Class A office project.

The building consists of a three-story steel frame with precast and glass exterior. A full-height radius structural glass lobby featuring marble flooring and sycamore wood paneling creates a dramatic entry. The project also includes a 400-vehicle elevated pre-stressed parking deck.
