The Perry Company was selected by Northwood Investements to perform design/build services for construction of its latest speculative office building in Telecom Park.

This 20,000 sf tilt concrete structure has a clear height of 14 feet and was designed as a sister building to the existing multi-tenant Northwood Business Center.

A comprehensive package of services coordinated by The Perry Company included regulatory and zoning approvals, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
