The Perry Company provided design / build, space planning, and interior build-out services for 43,000 sf dock high-distribution and warehouse facility. The project, the fourth of six, was awarded to The Perry Company after a pre-bid analysis resulting in value engineering savings and significant constructibility gains for both the client and prospective tenants.
