A new manufacturing facility for VLOC, this 60,500 sf job site pre-cast facility included the highly specialized build-out requirements of a lens coating cleanroom, crystal growth room, associated process support equipment and corporate offices.

The Perry Company coordinated the design and constructed the project which has substantially increased VLOC’s manufacturing capabilities.
